Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in the Netherlands invites applications for a Duty Management Intern position. You will rotate through departments and, after training, act as Manager on Duty, supporting guests and hotel operations while developing leadership and problem-solving skills.

You must be actively enrolled in an educational program and have excellent Dutch and English. A monthly internship allowance of €750 gross is provided, plus staff discounts and international career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an educational program throughout the internship.
• Excellent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Service-oriented with guest-focus and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across hotel departments during rotation.
• Independently assume Manager on Duty after training.
• Support guests and hotel operations with proactive problem solving.
