Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Analyst for a Lisbon-based role. You will review user reports on website content, monitor daily compliance, and apply corrective actions to align with policies.

The position requires native Dutch, fluent English (B2), and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. No prior customer service center experience is required, and you will join a dynamic team with guidance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native fluent in Dutch (oral and written).
• Fluent in English (at least B2).
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills.

• Able to objectively evaluate and classify content.

Responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content.
• Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures.
• Make well-balanced decisions and resolve inquiries per policies.
• Propose solutions to improve user support.
• Review sensitive content, including graphic material.
