Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading BPO to recruit Dutch-speaking Content Moderators for their Barcelona team. The role involves reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, and ensuring high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship.
• Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends. Option of part time employment is also available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
• Identify and escape high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
• Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement.
• Track KPIs to maintain quality standards.
