Zusammenfassung

Picnic Technologies is seeking a UX Researcher to collaborate with Data Analysts, Product Owners and Designers to shape the full user experience of Picnic’s products. You will guide users through prototypes, observe behaviour, and translate insights into actionable recommendations on a weekly cadence.

With up to three years of UX research experience, you’ll own research activities, test hypotheses, and present findings to diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• MSc. degree in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience as UX Researcher.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, solving real problems for real people at scale.
• Analytical eye: you’re familiar with Excel and can visualise and interpret data.
• Ability to reason at a high level about various topics, and discuss business and technical concepts.
• Excellent communicator: you can present insights succinctly to diverse audiences.
• Flexibility: Agile approach and ability to learn on the go.
• Creativity: Outside-the-box thinking and attention to detail.
• Affinity for or experience with digital design is a plus.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

• Lead hands-on research activities during the week and observe user behaviour.
• Frame and evaluate insights and test hypotheses with teams.
• Document sessions and present actionable insights to consumer‑facing and employee‑facing teams.
• Engage with customers as the face of Picnic to gather feedback.
