Job summary

Picnic is hiring a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our core mobile app. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers and product owners to shape features used by millions across NL, DE and FR, delivering high-quality experiences at scale.

You will prototype rapidly, test with real users, and contribute to the design system while maintaining a strong portfolio of user-centric work. This role requires English fluency and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product design experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking and scale.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for the mobile app, from insight to shipped feature.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers and UX researchers to ground decisions in user needs.
• Contribute to Picnic's design system and libraries while exploring new ideas.
