Picnic is seeking a UX Researcher to collaborate with Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Designers to craft the end-to-end user experience of Picnic’s products. You’ll empathize with customers weekly, guiding users through prototypes and exploring new topics.

Half the week you’ll plan and execute hands-on research; the rest you’ll observe, analyze, and communicate insights to stakeholders. This role involves testing approaches and sharing actionable hypotheses for improvement.

Qualifications

• MSc in a relevant field such as UX, HCI or product design.
• 0-3 years of UX research experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking.
• Analytical mindset with Excel data visualization basics.
• Ability to reason about business and technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and concise insight presentation.
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn on the go.
• Creative, detail-oriented and user-focused.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• On-site full-time availability.

Responsabilités
