Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO.

Relocation is supported: flight tickets, accommodation option, and a full relocation package are included.

You’ll assist Dutch customers by phone, email or chat, in a friendly, non-scripted environment; English is also needed.

On-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal; private health insurance from day one and paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy helping people and solving day-to-day questions.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.
