Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will work on-site with the option for remote within Portugal, with a relocation package including a flight ticket and shared accommodation.

As the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, you will assist via phone, email, or chat, delivering genuine, helpful support as part of an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• You'll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide practical, friendly support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
