You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and stay up-to-date with service features and policies. Fluent Dutch and strong English skills are required, along with an EU passport.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch required (spoken and written).
• Strong English language skills for internal reporting and collaboration.
• Experience in customer support or service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms.
• Analyze complex customer queries to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic communication in Dutch.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and enhance user experience.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on service features and company policies to provide accurate information.
