Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for Tribe CRM in the Netherlands. You will take over warm leads, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demonstrations, and prepare proposals to close deals with small and mid-sized organisations up to 15 users.

Based in Utrecht, you’ll maintain accurate CRM records, apply the sales playbook, and share best practices with the team. English fluency is required, and the role is office-based Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• B2B software sales experience with autonomous closing
• New business hunting with quota responsibility
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
• Native Dutch, fluent English
• Office-based Monday to Thursday in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Tribe CRM in the Dutch market from qualification to signature
• Take over warm leads from the SDR team
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' businesses
• Deliver tailored Tribe CRM demonstrations
• Prepare proposals and handle objections to close deals
• Maintain pipeline and CRM records up to date
• Apply sales playbooks and share best practices with the team
