Job summary

efficy Group, based in Utrecht, Netherlands, invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Intern (Dutch speaker). The 3 to 6 month internship offers ownership of internship recruitment across European offices and a campus program to grow the Dutch talent pool for Tribe CRM's Dutch market positions.

You will work with the TA & Ops Lead, use Teamtailor and LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaborate with local hiring managers. Hybrid work is available and English/Dutch fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR, Business, or a related field (university internship agreement required).
• First internship or student job in recruitment operations support (sourcing, coordination, school partnerships) in the local job market.
• Proactive relationship builder, capable of representing efficy Group externally.
• Experience with an ATS; LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong plus; familiar with Claude or willing to learn.
• Native Dutch speaker with full professional fluency in English.
• Comfortable with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing support: assist your TA & Ops Lead with LinkedIn sourcing on other open positions across the team.
• School & local early career partnerships: build relationships with universities and student networks for the local market positions.
• School events & strategy: support events and internship strategy with hiring managers from planning to on-site presence.
• Candidate coordination: schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Internship recruitment: source, screen, and coordinate internship hires across our European offices.
