Job summary

efficy Group seeks a Head of Customer Enablement to own onboarding, training and adoption for Tribe CRM customers in a fast-moving product environment. You will lead five specialists, standardise client onboarding and partner with Growth leadership to shape the enablement function.

The role requires native Dutch and full professional English, with a hybrid work policy requiring three days in the Utrecht office. You will drive Time to Value and CSAT with KPIs and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading people, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable processes and standards.
• Native level Dutch and professional fluency in English; hybrid work in Utrecht three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a standard onboarding journey and service delivery packages.
• Provide team processes, templates and checkpoints to ensure consistent delivery.
• Lead digital onboarding, training and adoption; manage the customer journey and self-service education.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of five onboarding and enablement specialists.
