Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant in the Netherlands. You will design the technical architecture, implement configurations, and coach teams to meet business requirements across front-end and back-end capabilities. The role involves integrations (SOAP/REST, LDAP, JDBC) and producing technical docs.

Open to Junior to Senior levels, with a focus on applying ITIL/DevOps approaches and delivering high-quality service. Hybrid work model, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in CS or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform modules and integration.
• Strong JavaScript/HTML skills and knowledge of web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement functionalities and integrations using front-end and back-end capabilities.
• Produce technical documentation and act as trusted advisor.
