Huzzle is seeking a high-energy, Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment. You will be on the phone, handle objections, and convert cold conversations into qualified opportunities.

You’ll make a high volume of outbound calls, engage Dutch-speaking prospects, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team. Fluent Dutch is mandatory, and strong English communication helps you collaborate with international teams.

Competenze

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 or native-level) mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Ability to manage high daily call volumes while maintaining quality.
• Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).

Mansioni

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to Dutch-speaking prospects.
• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
• Book qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and confidently handle objections.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead activity in the CRM.
