Qualifications

• Dutch written and spoken at C1; English at B2.
• 1 year experience in fast-paced team-based retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in internet company, financial services or transaction processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong PC-based internet and software knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading digital wallet with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed on the latest products, policies, and services to provide timely and accurate information.
• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
