Job summary

Cross Border Talens is seeking a Dutch-speaking Operations Customer Expert to support customers across the Dutch market from our Lisbon office. The role involves handling inquiries via multiple channels, managing CRM records, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Intensive training is provided; 40 hours per week with a rotational schedule (07:00–17:00). EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit is required for this Lisbon-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch speaker (C2+) in speaking and writing.
• Good command of English for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Accept and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and online forms.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the internal CRM system and deliver on set KPIs.
• Provide updates on daily activities and escalate complex cases to specialists.
