Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an Account Manager in Flevoland to drive the full sales cycle for networking equipment. You will build long-term relationships with B2B clients and identify new opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Hybrid work (1–2 days from home per week) is offered, with a competitive base salary around €5,500 per month plus bonus and generous vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT hardware, networking, software or technology sales.
• Fluent Dutch with good English.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle for networking equipment from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound activities.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities and needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms; follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
• Stay updated on networking technologies and market trends.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
