A dynamic international company in Rotterdam is seeking an Account Support professional to assist Account Managers with key tasks. You will handle contract updates, prepare proposals, and ensure customer service excellence. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP. The company offers a competitive salary with additional benefits, including a 13th month salary, pension, and the ability to work from home one day per week.

As part of our Account Support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers. You’ll handle daily admin tasks, work closely with key accounts, prepare proposals, manage contract changes, and ensure smooth processes across our internal systems.

What you’ll do

• Support major accounts with pricing, proposals, and contract updates
• Enter and process contracts, amendments
• Prepare reports, send out market updates, and keep Account Managers informed
• Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to maintaining sales volumes

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Professional experience of min. 2 years
• Basic commercial knowledge, ideally some experience (vegetable oils is a plus!)
• Strong MS Office & ERP (preferably SAP) skills
• Proficiency in English (Dutch/German is a strong plus)
• A proactive, accurate, and collaborative mindset with an eye for detail
