Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our client in Bulgaria. You will provide expert technical assistance to iRobot users by phone, email and live chat, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.

You will work on-site in Sofia within an international team, with relocation support, thorough training, and a monthly salary aligned with local market rates. Fluency in Dutch and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch required (spoken and written).
• Previous customer support or service experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support to customers regarding iRobot devices via phone, email, and live chat.
