Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Advisor to support users of a leading online payment platform from our Bulgaria-based team. This on-site position requires native or fluent Dutch, strong communication, and a passion for fintech and digital payments.

You will handle complex inquiries, ensure secure transactions, stay compliant with financial regulations, and collaborate with global colleagues to improve service.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Proficiency in English for multinational collaboration.
• Prior customer experience or financial services experience preferred.
• Interest in FinTech and digital payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for users of a leading online payment platform, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
• Resolve complex inquiries regarding digital wallets, payment processing, and account security.
• Maintain understanding of financial regulations and compliance procedures to protect user data and funds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical issues impacting the payment user experience.
• Educate clients on the latest platform features and financial tools to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal service protocols by providing feedback on industry trends.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards expected in the financial technology sector.
