Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills are essential.

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dutch-speaking customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Log and manage customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Strive to meet and exceed KPIs (CSAT, response times, FCR).
• Collaborate with team and participate in onboarding and training.
