Job summary

TicketSwap is hiring a part-time Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero in Amsterdam. You will handle fans' questions via chat, email and phone with enthusiasm, aiming for high satisfaction and quick resolutions.

You’ll work 24–32 hours weekly, including at least one weekend shift, in a hybrid, office-first setup in Amsterdam. Prior support experience and Intercom familiarity are a plus for this speedy, people-focused role.

Qualifications

• Native level Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Some experience in an office or professional environment, preferably in customer support.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Calm, clear, and friendly communicator under pressure.
• Available for 24–32 hours per week, based in or near Amsterdam, with at least one weekend shift.
• Stress-resistant and adaptable to change.
• Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist fans with questions via chat, email and phone using enthusiasm.
• Fix sellers' mistakes and suggest preventative measures.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and productivity to meet targets.
• Use Intercom to manage conversations and keep communication smooth.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the CX team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Cover peak moments or holidays when events are busy.
