Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support agents to help SMEs using online services and digital advertising tools. You will support customers via phone, email and chat, assist with account setup and product usage, and troubleshoot basic issues onsite in Lisbon.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates and provide initial training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop in the online services sector.
