Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join our international team in Lisbon. You will help SMB customers via phone, email and chat, assisting with account setup, product usage and inquiries.

You will resolve basic technical issues, guide clients in using online tools, and share feedback with relevant teams. The role requires fluent Dutch, good English, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends onsite in Lisbon.
