Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Tilburg is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution, with a focus on Dutch and English communication and a proactive, detail‑oriented

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
