Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Amsterdam seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will help via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels to deliver outstanding experiences.

You will record interactions in internal systems, work with teams to resolve issues quickly, and stay updated on policies and offerings. Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residence is needed

• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in travel sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
