Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer service role, fully remote within Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat while assisting with product, account, payment, and technical issues.

The position offers relocation support and training with an international team to help you develop professionally. Working five days a week, you will receive a base gross salary of €1,300–€1,500 per month, paid 14 times per year, plus performance bonuses on selected

Job description

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
