Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an international customer service agent to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and chat from Greece. This remote role requires relocation to Greece before start date and work eligibility in the country.

Salary is €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, with performance bonuses on selected projects. Work week is five days, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off; relocation support is provided if eligible.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Competent with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Legal right to work in Greece; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate where needed.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality standards.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
