Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an international customer service professional to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and chat. This role is remote within Greece, with relocation required for non-Greek residents before the start date.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with orders, payments and technical issues, and maintain records while following procedures and quality standards. Relocation support is provided along with structured training.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• The legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
