Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

The role offers flexibility with remote work from Greece after onboarding in Athens, or on-site at the Athens office. Salary is paid 14 times per year (€1,500 gross per payment, averaging €1,750/month), with relocation support if needed.

Location and Work Model

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
