Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join our international team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat from Greek-based customers, while ensuring high-quality support.

You will work remotely within Greece with relocation support available for candidates moving to Greece, and a base gross salary of €1,300–€1,500 per month, paid 14 times per year, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• The legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job description

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
