Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer service agent to support customers by phone, email, and chat in a fully remote role based in Greece.

You will join an international team, receive structured training, and benefit from relocation support for moving to Greece. Fluent Dutch and solid English are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• The legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate when needed.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality standards.

Job description

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
