Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer service role, fully remote within Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with products, accounts and payments while maintaining high service standards.

You will join an international team with structured training, relocation support, and potential bonuses based on performance. Candidates must have Dutch language proficiency and legal right to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Legal right to work in Greece; visa sponsorship not available.

Job description

Join an international customer service team and support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300 – €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Bonus:Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
RelocationSupport:flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
