Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Athens, Greece seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle client and guest contacts on-site, with potential WFH after three weeks of onsite training. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including relocation assistance and meal allowances.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with accommodation partners, and ensure accurate information delivery while maintaining a high level of customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (B2+) in speaking and writing.
• Able to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency.
• Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly.

• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Work model: On-site, 100% (possibility of Work From Home upon finalizing 3 week onsite training)

Employment type: Full-time

Salary : 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

300 EUR reimbursement travel reimbursement
21 day accommodation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, from 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight). 2 days off per week.
