Job summary

The lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece. This on-site role requires handling client contacts, providing clear communication, and supporting accommodation partners with queries about rooms, rates, and availability.

Training will be provided, with a pathway to work-from-home after 3 weeks on-site. You'll cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts, speak Dutch and English, and use MS Office to manage inquiries.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (at least B2)
• Tech savvy with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate on short notice
• Willingness to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation

Responsibilities

Position: Customer Service Representative

Work model: On-site, 100% (possibility of Work From Home upon finalizing 3 week onsite training)

Salary : 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

300 EUR reimbursement travel reimbursement
21 day accommodation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, from 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight). 2 days off per week.
