Job summary

The lemon Consulting is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 3-week onsite training period and the option to work from home afterward.

Salary is 1,500 EUR per month, paid 14 times a year, plus a 300 EUR travel reimbursement and 21 days of accommodation. You will be the main contact for clients, handling calls and inquiries, and supporting our accommodation partners with questions on rooms, rates, and availability.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (min B2) in written and spoken form.
• Ability to cover morning, weekend, and afternoon shifts on rotation.
• Tech savvy with MS Office proficiency.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.

Responsibilities

Position: Customer Service Representative

Work model: On-site, 100% (possibility of Work From Home upon finalizing 3 week onsite training)

Salary : 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, from 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight). 2 days off per week.
