Job summary

French Selection UK is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our Eindhoven, North Brabant team. The hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely, supporting Dutch-speaking markets and handling orders, inquiries, and account management.

You will deliver high-quality customer service, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to drive retention and opportunistic upselling. English remains the internal business language.

Responsibilities

Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Representative
Location: Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to €40,000 per annum

Main duties:

To deliver high-quality customer service and proactive customer engagement for Dutch-speaking markets, supporting order processing, customer satisfaction, account management and revenue growth initiatives.

The role:

• Provide professional inbound customer support via phone, email and digital channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up
• Handle product, delivery, account and order-related customer queries
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products and support upselling where appropriate
• Support the onboarding of new customers and re-engagement of inactive accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and order management system records
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer retention and commercial activity
• Contribute to a small, collaborative and customer-focused team environment

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English (internal communication and training conducted in English)
• Additional languages such as German are beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, customer experience, sales support or account management is desirable (open to varied backgrounds)
• Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound customer calls
• Confident, friendly and customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
• Experience with CRM systems, order processing or customer relationship management is advantageous
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify customer needs and appropriate upselling opportunities
