Job summary

French Selection UK is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our Eindhoven, North Brabant team. The hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely, supporting Dutch-speaking markets and handling orders, inquiries, and account management.

You will deliver high-quality customer service, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to drive retention and opportunistic upselling. English remains the internal business language.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional inbound customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Process orders accurately and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle product, delivery, account and order-related inquiries.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and support retention efforts.
