Job summary

Carter Murray is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy across the Benelux region for CPM, EPM, ERP, and financial transformation services. You will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing, delivery, and senior stakeholders to drive campaigns and events.

You will build relationships with senior finance stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, and develop regional plans with a focus on growth and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in solution or consulting sales into mid-market and Enterprise.
• Knowledge of CPM/EPM/ERP and financial systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature and account expansion.
• Collaborate with the Benelux Customer Account Manager to develop regional go-to-market plans.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align solutions.
