Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager for its Malaga office. You will be the main contact for customers, drive sales from lead to purchase, and manage the engagement across Microsoft cloud solutions.

The role requires 2–3+ years sales experience, IT industry exposure, and fluency in Dutch and English. Relocation to Malaga is supported, with full-time employment and a strong commission-oriented package.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years sales experience with IT industry exposure
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar CRM
• Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for customers and set the foundation for relationships
• Lead sales from lead to purchase and manage objections
• Identify needs and opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions
• Drive upsell and cross-sell with Solution Specialists and Partners
• Develop and qualify opportunities to create revenue pipeline
• Demonstrate value of Microsoft technologies to customers
• Forecast pipeline and maintain high activity levels (60–90 activities/day)
