Job summary

GoDutch is building a fast-growing Dutch bank and seeks a Sales Development Representative. You’ll spend the day on the phone with entrepreneurs, guiding sign-ups and onboarding partners like notaries and bookkeepers.

You’ll join events and visit partners, with a focus on outbound outreach and lead conversion. You’ll work mostly in the office in Amsterdam, with a flexible 24-40 hour schedule, freelance or payroll options, and uncapped variable compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based roles or SDR positions is preferred.
• Ability to meet targets and work with partners and customers.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from partners and help complete sign-ups.
• Book meetings with new partners through calling sprints.
• Maintain leads in Attio and ensure no one slips through the cracks.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize channel performance.
