Job summary

GoDutch is building a fast-growing Dutch bank for small businesses, offering a competitive salary and uncapped variable pay. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to scale our network of bookkeeping and accounting firms in the Netherlands, from first conversation to active referrals.

You will own the full cycle and maintain a clean pipeline in Attio, expanding our client base with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, partnerships or business development (B2B).
• Proven track record of winning new clients or partners (accountants and bookkeepers).
• Strong communicator with a natural talent for storytelling.
• Excellent command of Dutch (native level).

Responsibilities

• Grow the network of bookkeeping and accounting firms across the Netherlands.
• Own the full cycle, from first conversation to an active, referring firm.
• Maintain your pipeline and firms in Attio.
• Build out your portfolio and generate more accounts from it.
