Job summary

Jobster is hiring an IT Support Technician to blend internal IT with customer-facing technical support. You will install, operate and troubleshoot hardware like cutters/plotters and support laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.

You will manage Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, administer Active Directory, and document issues and fixes. The role involves occasional travel across Europe and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• IT-related education at MBO level or equivalent.
• Experience in IT helpdesk/technical support or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (C1+).
• Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
• Driver's licence.
• Interest in automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate and troubleshoot cutters/plotters and related software.
• Provide technical support for laptops, tablets, printers and mobile devices.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and other apps.
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Occasionally provide on-site support across Europe.
