Job summary

Venquis is seeking a Dutch-speaking IT Support Specialist to provide first-line support to users across the Netherlands. The role emphasizes clear communication, patient guidance, and basic troubleshooting rather than advanced technical work.

You will handle essential Microsoft 365/Outlook issues, log incidents, and support users over the phone and remotely, aiming for quick, friendly resolutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users across the Netherlands.
• Handle 8-10 calls per day on average, with up to 15-20 calls on a busy day.
• Support users with basic Microsoft 365 and Outlook issues.
• Guide users through simple troubleshooting steps over the phone.
• Log and review incidents using ITSM processes and escalate when needed.
• Provide a consistently friendly, professional and customer-focused service.
