Job summary

Hunkemoller seeks a proactive student to assist in recruiting interns for the September 2026 BIIR program and to support the recruitment of new store staff who reflect our brand values.

You will participate in an exciting transformation of our candidate experience, posting vacancies and tailoring tone per audience, while communicating daily with future talent across channels to guide them toward their dream job within our inspiring brand.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, HBO, or Master’s program in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset and proactive approach.
• Fast learner, able to work with multiple tools (Excel, Workday) and talent platforms.
• Strong communication skills and initiative.
• Extracurriculars or HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring interns for the September 2026 BIIR program.
• Support recruitment of store employees who embody brand values.
• Be part of candidate experience transformation project.
• Post and promote vacancies with appropriate channels and tone.
