Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is offering a HR internship in Corporate Recruitment, focusing on end-to-end hiring support for managers and ownership of the BIIR internship project.

You will work closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class service and coordinate training and ambassador programs. The role includes involvement in global and local recruitment initiatives, analytics, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s student with recruitment/HR or project management internship experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Well organized, planner with proactive can-do mentality.
• Confident, approachable and good at building relationships.
• Available to work 36 hours/week for 5 months from Sept 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate recruitment end-to-end for hiring managers.
• Own recruitment for the BIIR internship with a fellow intern.
• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates and hiring managers to deliver world-class service.
• Coordinate trainings and BIIR Ambassador program activities.
• Join global and local recruitment projects to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Provide recruitment reporting, analytics and improvement advice.
• Participate in campus recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
