Job summary

SmartSD is seeking an HR Advisor to own day-to-day HR matters in the Netherlands within an international team. The role combines HR administration with payroll coordination, recruitment activities, and policy compliance.

You will support onboarding/offboarding processes, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to employment legislation across countries. You will join a close-knit team, learn about HR policies in different countries, and have opportunities to grow within a dynamic, globally active

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HRM) or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken; good English (B2).
• Accurate, well-organised, reliable; capable of handling confidential information.
• Proactive, independent with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration and Payroll: onboard/offboard, monthly payroll data, liaise with payroll providers; support benefits; verify payslips.
• Recruitment: publish vacancies, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, support hiring managers.
• Employee Support and Compliance: provide day-to-day HR support and escalate where needed.
