Job summary

Nuna is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the Netherlands-based workforce across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced onsite environment.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, and strong knowledge of Dutch labor regulations. It is a part-time, 3-day-per-week fixed-term contract for 1 year, based in Amsterdam. You will manage payroll coordination, leave, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Experience supporting payroll administration and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities including contracts, documentation, orientation, and system setup.
• Support offboarding with exit docs, payroll coordination, asset return, and exit interviews.
• Maintain compliant HR records in line with Dutch laws and GDPR.
