Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist fluent in Dutch and English to be based in Amsterdam and support all HR operations for our client in the spirits industry.

You will act as the Workday SME, manage employee data, support HR Business Partners, and partner with Talent Acquisition and managers on onboarding, offers and performance processes. A strong knowledge of Dutch labor law is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience within a similar HR function (e.g. as junior HR Generalist or HR Coordinator).
• Professional fluency in both Dutch & English.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and social security regulations, HR practices, and cultural considerations within the region.
• Strong understanding of HR Information Systems (Workday strongly preferred) and proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and shared file management.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as internal and external events, lunches, Town Halls, etc.

What We Offer:

• A salary between €60,000-65,000 gross p/y
• 1-year direct contract to begin with
• Hybrid full-time role / 4-1 office-home based (32h is also possible)
