Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to provide expert Dutch-language support for Fitbit wearables from Bulgaria. You will assist with device setup, syncing, firmware updates, and app troubleshooting, guiding customers toward a healthier lifestyle.

The role requires relocation to Sofia, a genuine interest in fitness technology, and the ability to work within our global BPO footprint.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Comfort with troubleshooting consumer electronics and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and product support for Fitbit wearables in Dutch.
• Assist users with device setup, synchronization, firmware updates, and app troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on device features to promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
• Document user queries accurately in CX platforms.
• Stay updated on wearable tech developments and share precise recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve UX.
